As a kitchen fitter, you’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent services, along with an ethos of ‘Right First Time’ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.
You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen fitter.
What you will do:
• Demonstrable evidence of competence in; Ripping out and installing kitchen suites
including installing upstands, painting and decorating and patch plaster repairs; Disconnecting and reconnecting services; Replacing ball valves and washers; Replacing taps; Replacing waste pipes, traps and wastes; Fitting new pipe work. Including compression joints; Fitting new sink chains and plugs.
• A demonstrable trade background, together with the ability to carry out the following core activities to a good standard; Basic Carpentry such as replacing skirting board, architrave and boxing in pipe work; Wall tiling; Painting & decorating; Patch plasterrepairs.
• Knowledge of health & safety including how to carry out a suitable risk assessment prior

As a Business Development Executive, responsible for engaging with clients and driving sales.
You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.
What you will do:
- Establish, build and maintain partnerships with a wide portfolio of existing and potential partners to fulfil the business needs through regular contact and account management
- Actively seek new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Identifying and implementing partnership opportunities within the Company
- Achieving set monthly targets
- Obtain candidates eligibility documents to for funding purposes
- Arrange with clients for face to face or remote enrolment sessions to be conducted
- Develop a network of relationships with construction companies
- Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and understanding of all funding opportunities
